Some mornings
I don't know
where to begin.

Duet sits with you for five quiet minutes. It asks what matters. It listens. It hands the day back to you with a little more shape than it had.

The daily rhythm

Morning. Evening.
And anytime in between.

Duet bookends your day with two quiet rituals — and stays available in between for the thoughts that arrive unbidden.

In the morning,

Set what matters today.

A five-minute voice conversation. You surface what's on your mind, name one to three commitments, and decide what done looks like for each.

"What's the one thing that would make today feel like a win?"
Any time,

Catch the thought before it leaves.

A thought lands — a commitment, a note, an idea worth keeping. Tap once, speak or type, and Duet asks where it should live. Now, later, or just remembered.

"Where should this live?"
In the evening,

Close the loops you can.

Walk through the day's commitments. Done, keep active, set aside, or let go. Capture a reflection. Tomorrow starts fresh.

"Good week overall. What's the real win you want to remember?"
Voice & text

Speak when it flows.
Type when it doesn't.

Duet is voice-first because thinking out loud is faster than typing it. But some mornings the words won't come. Switch to text and Duet hands you a quiet template instead.

Think out loud.

One question at a time. Duet listens, paraphrases, asks the next thing. No transcript scroll to manage.

Our philosophy

Everyone deserves
a moment to hear
themselves clearly.

Duet grew out of hundreds of coaching conversations with ambitious professionals across finance, Big Tech, entrepreneurship, and other demanding careers. Shaped by ICF-trained coaches educated at Stanford and Berkeley, it brings the structure of professional coaching into a five-minute ritual for clearing your head and choosing what matters.

The belief became simple. A five-minute ritual can change the shape of a day. Not a productivity hack. Not another dashboard. A guided pause.

It's designed to feel like sitting with a thoughtful, professionally-trained coach — but never above you. Duet is an equal partner. Your voice leads. The app listens, asks the question you'd have asked yourself, and helps you choose what comes next.

Like a duet, it starts with your voice. Clarity begins in the moment you hear what is already true.
